WINTERLINGEN, Germany — Lumma Design has teamed with Russian tuning house Top Car to make a new styling and performance upgrade package for the 2011 BMW 5 Series that's on display at the 2010 Moscow Auto Show.
The biggest change to the vehicle is its full "vacuum formed" kevlar and carbon-fiber body kit that includes a front bumper with LED daytime running lights, side skirts, hood, rear bumper with diffuser and trunk-lid spoiler. Wider fenders, matte gray paint, 19-inch Lumma wheels and intakes on the side to cool the brakes add to the package.
Although specific engine modifications are not known, a dual exhaust system is one modification that helps increase output on the 535i's standard engine from 306 to 380 horsepower.
Napa leather, carbon-fiber trim inserts and a new steering wheel help give the interior a distinctive personality. The entire package is set to be priced at $173,000.

You kidding me right!!! $173K on 535i !!! who is smoking what ??? lets see -- M3 80k M5 $95k, R8 132k, GT3 around 150k etc... which looks sports car too...
you don't need only $173k to blow off on 535, you have to be retarded too for that. and I really hope i never come across someone who would do this -- coz then he/she gets the award of dumbest person alive. Not to say Lumma folks are :p

sucks, 380 hp for a price of 173k..pls..i'd buy a more potent sport car..Caddy's ctsv..M5..Amg E55...and still have a lot of cash left to go on vacation!!!!!

I like the style of the body kit but for that price you should expect a more significant power bump. Now paging Alpina.
