The GTC has a top speed of 195 mph with the roof up, the company said in a statement, and a 0-60-mph time of 4.8 seconds.
The GTC is powered by the Crewe-built W12 twin-turbocharged six-liter engine the delivers 552 horses and 479 pound-feet of torque. The second convertible in the Bentley lineup is equipped with an electrohydraulically operated soft-top roof, which comes in a choice of five colors. The company said the Continental GTC has a completely new rear suspension package the allows the rear design of the car to be kept as compact as possible, while still leaving enough space to stow the roof.
A range of Mulliner options is available from launch to help buyers personalize thier vehicles. The options include aluminum fascia panels, contrasting stitching on the seats and door panels, a four-spoke wood-and-hide steering wheel, lamb's-wool floor mats, deep-pile carpet mats, a choice of premium veneers and a Mulliner alloy fuel-filler cap.
What this means to you: The coupe is already a monster hit. The new midsize Bentley convertible will be, too.
