The Brooklands is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter V8 rated at 530 horsepower and 774 pound-feet of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed semi-automatic transmission with a locking torque converter. The car rides on standard 20-inch wheels and tires.
The exterior design of the hand-crafted Brooklands was clearly inspired by the Continental GT, and was created by the same man — Director of Styling Dirk van Braeckel — and the Bentley design team.
The usual Bentley attention to detail is evident inside the Brooklands, which offers such amenities as individual rear seats with power-sliding cushions, a hide-trimmed headliner, and aluminum pedals and footrest. The company says customers can "choose from an extensive palette of hides, veneers and carpet tones."
What this means to you: The most powerful Bentley coupe ever may also be the most expensive, at a cool $300,000.
