2008 British Auto Show: A Carry-On Bentley That Runs Microsoft Vista

LONDON, England — Well, the company's name is honest: Ego Lifestyle, a Dutch company, is showing a Bentley-themed laptop computer at the 2008 British Auto Show. For those who want to carry a Bentley around with them at all times, this notebook computer is the next best thing.

It's luxurious: hand-stitched leather on the outside, of the same type as the seats; a carrying handle that is designed to look like the door handle of a Bentley, the same color palette as the cars and — of course — the Bentley logo on the cover.

Inside, it's a standard laptop unit with Microsoft Vista and a 160GB hard drive.

The Ego Lifestyle Bentley laptop will be sold at Selfridges in London by summer's end and will be priced at the equivalent of $19,975. Full details are available at www.ego-lifestyle.com.
