LUSTENAU, Austria — Oberscheider Chip Tuning, or O.CT, has unveiled a tuning package for the Audi S3. It's called the Boehler concept.BS3, and it's for the S3 Quattro three-door hatchback.

The vehicle gets O.CT's Stage 3 treatment, which includes a new ECU, high-performance dual sport exhaust, intake and bigger intercooler. This ups output to 328 horsepower and 314 pound-feet of torque and helps the hot hatch sprint to 60 mph in less than 4.7 seconds and top out at 165 mph. That's quite an upgrade considering its previous 0-60-mph time was under 5.7 seconds and top speed was 155 mph.

O.CT also gives the S3 a fully adjustable coil-over suspension, an eight-piston brake system with larger discs and a set of two-piece 20-inch MOZ alloy wheels.

The exterior is upgraded with widened fenders and an aerodynamic rear bumper by the Swiss stylist Boehler.

The Boehler concept.BS3 will be limited to 100 units with a hefty price equivalent to $85,834.

Inside Line says: O.CT gets some help from Boehler to make an all-around fast and sleek Audi hatch. — Mike Lysaght, Correspondent
