HERNDON, Virginia — Audi has dropped the base model from the revised 2010 Q7 lineup, which goes on sale in September. Prices remain unchanged for the 2010 Audi Q7 3.6 Quattro Premium ($47,725) and the Q7 TDI Quattro Premium ($51,725), but have risen $1,780 on the range-topping Q7 4.2 Quattro Prestige, which now starts at $61,825. All prices include an $825 shipping charge.

The changes for model year 2010 are modest. Bumpers, grille and mirror housings all have been updated. LED front and rear lighting is available, and new wheels are offered. In addition, the Q7 4.2 gets a standard S line treatment.

In the cabin, Audi has revised the trim, added more ambient lighting in the doors and upgraded the MMI system with a new 3D nav screen. Ventilated front seats are a new option.
