TORRANCE, California — Without any fanfare or official alert to the media, Acura has posted images, pricing and specifications for the redesigned 2010 Acura RDX on its Web site. This is the first detailed look at the new RDX, which is now available in front-wheel drive.

The five-passenger 2010 RDX rides on a 104.3-inch wheelbase and is 182.5 inches in length, Acura notes. Fuel economy is estimated at 19 mpg in city driving and 24 mpg on the highway for the front-wheel-drive model.

Prices range from $32,520 for the front-wheel-drive RDX to $37,620 for the RDX SH-AWD with the Technology package, Acura said.

The RDX gets a standard 240-horsepower 2.3-liter inline-4 engine mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment includes perforated leather seats, a driver's 10-way power seat and an in-dash CD changer with seven speakers. Other details of note include new alloy wheels and new trim on the rear bumper.
